HAVE you been inspired by the new television dance series Got To Dance and So You Think You Can Dance? If so, don those dancing shoes for a new adult street dance course which promises to be fun and plenty of exercise this New Year.
As dance fever takes hold, thanks to celebrities on our television screens leading the way, dance is proving an ideal way to keep fit and tone up and there are plenty of local classes to choose from.

Led by Nickie Jones, of Dance Leaders, this new Torquay course runs for six weeks.

"The steps are broken down and taught slowly so that everyone is confident with the move before we go on to the next move.
"You do not need any dance experience to join this course. The courses are for over 16s only."
The adult street dance course begins tonight from 6.30pm at the Memorial Hall, Parkhill Road, Torquay.
